After just converting a bunch of informational text files into VMS HELP files and realizing how easy the process was, I thought of an idea - a HECNET.HLP file to supplement the Info Server on RHESUS:: etc.
Basically, if you have a node on HECnet, just send me what you have in INFO.TXT (and/or other information about your system) and I will add them to a central HECNET.HLP file, which will be placed on RHESUS:: for your convenient downloading.

9.15 should be TSTBD1, and 9.21 should be MELODY
