No dice.
Anyone know of a 2600 IOS image that fits in 16Mb that supports Decnet and ipv6? Oh, and ssh would be nice too :)
The 2600 that I acquired only has 16Mb of flash.

For most of us, yes. Not enough native IPv6 out there. :(
Exactly. :(
We need more native IPv6.

Decnet over ip6. Now that's cool:)
I've got IPv6 via HE here. Want to see if we can run our GRE tunnels
over IPv6? :)
I'm up for it. I have IPv6 via HE as well.
Up for mesh over IPv6 GRE? ;)
Send me the needed info and I'll have the tool generate the configs. :)
2001:470:1F07:E53::1 should be the IP for my router.

I had a quick look in to this today and started setting up a lab, but
got distracted by real work. From what I can see though, you can't
execute any interface configuration commands. So, it would have to be
a complete copy of the config from FTP to NVRAM followed by a reboot.
Personally, I'd be a bit uneasy about downloading a random config
periodically and just loading it on to my router. If it was going to
be a mesh I'd rather get an update with the details of endpoints, etc.
and do it myself.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of that either.
Nor am I. I'm annoyed with how limited KRON is I expected it to be as [powerful as the rest of IOS.
Well...big Ciscos are usually used in environments where they are
either remotely managed centrally by a big software package, or by a
staff of people manually. I was quite surprised to hear that KRON even
existed, given how I've seen Ciscos managed in the past.

Two things:
1). Does it handle dynamic IPs?
Yes.
2). If not, does it support IPv6? As that's static for me.
