RSTS certainly should have an FCS library, at least I assume so because it's hard to see how one would build RSX programs to run on RSTS otherwise. I don't know what IND is.
Could you give some more background about what ZEMU is and what you're trying to do? Also, what version of RSTS?

Hi all,
I'm trying unsuccessfully to build a copy of ZEMU on RSTS/E. Because RSTS/E has no FCS library or IND program, it fails to run either a prebuilt RSX binary or even start a compile on RSTS. Even if I did have IND, there is no SYSTEM.MLB for RSTS to pull symbols from.
Can anyone help me out with a prebuilt binary for RT-11 without split I&D, or offer expertise on an RSTS build?

Hello!
I've seen worse. The Yahoo Groups service deliberately send things out
of band, things that should have been sent several hours ago start
showing up as soon as the thread starts become popular, or trending if
you will.
Incidentally the problem you see Jordi is one that none of us are too blame for.

Johnny,
I can't telnet to MIM.Update.UU.SE nor can I ping it from my Cisco ( the only bit of it that DOES work right now...;) ). Telnet connects but is just blank.
Is MIM down or have I broken something?
It's unreachable from here too:

Hello!
It's Dave's fault. Something he did caused the Yetis to crash the
connection between both himself and you Cory, as for why you're
effected Jordi, ah, blame the rock eater by Sampsa.

They probably had a ROM (or EPROM or FLASH) with the complete
firmware in
them - there was a low end DECserver (I forget the number) that did too.

Send me one too - I need another terminal server!

Actually that, but it turns out that what I really wanted was the TSM
software. That's what has the handy scripts to define local services,
dedicated ports, and the like. I've already got a copy now, but thanks!

I'd be interested, too...
