From the notes, it also looks like the Tops-20 version can be used to
build the Tops-10 version.
There is C cross-compiler included to do this,
TOPS20:<KCC-6.BUILD>XCCT10.EXE
Speaking as a programmer of both systems, I will tell you that there are
a number of things that Tops-20 will do (in terms of system services)
that Tops-10 will not do.? This has impact to libc (which is documented)

It appears that it's for TOPS-20 though, and there's no executable so you'll
have to bootstrap it somehow. It looks like Ken (or somebody) added code to compile and
run on a PC though, so it might be possible to build it there and cross compile. Could
be a fun project, but I don't have the time right now.
