I'll see about putting rename into Tops-20 DAP and lying about it to VMS.
The anonymous code is completed; I'm doing testing and then I have to
write up documentation.

I just
checked the DECnet-Linux implementation and it claims to be talking either DAP V7.1 or DAP
V7.2. It also supports the $RENAME operation (tested from a VMS system).
