Ok. Very minor work was needed. I actually fixed the BRXAPL.CMD file to generate more correct ODL files as well, since I had just handpatched that as needed before. Anyway, fetch MIM::DU:[APLX]. Just grab everything in there. But you already have APL3.TSK in there built, which works. I just did a simple test starting it and it seems to work fine. But if needed, APL3.CMD and APL3.ODL are there, and you can play around. You can obviously also recompile and modify just about anything else you need.
