This any good?
simvax::dsa3:[media..patches.openvms_patches.vax.v7_3]dec-vaxvms-tcpip_eco-v0503-184-4.pcsi-dcx_vaxexe
Sucked it down. Definitely sounds like it should be the thing.
However, how do I install it. PRODUCT INSTALL do not see it.
If I rename it to end in just .PCSI, PDOCUCT INSTALL is still unimpressed, and exits with
an error.
Is it compressed or encoded somehow? What should I do with it?
