[HECnet] VAX/Smalltalk-80

I've heard tell that "Plain old xterm supports Sixel and ReGIS if it is compiled with --enable-sixel-graphics and --enable-regis-graphics." Most distributions apparently do not do this.? I don't happen to have those particular sources handy, so I can not verify this.
