41.250 is 4CAST::, my router running pyDECnet.
What does it mean for nodes to be displayed in that list? For example, 28NH isn't
connected by Ethernet (it is an endnode with a DDCMP link). So it isn't a neighbor
and that hardware address isn't meaningful.
