This any good?

Sucked it down. Definitely sounds like it should be the thing.
However, how do I install it. PRODUCT INSTALL do not see it.
If I rename it to end in just .PCSI, PDOCUCT INSTALL is still
unimpressed, and exits with an error.
Is it compressed or encoded somehow? What should I do with it?
Never mind. It was an executable which extracts the compressed file
included...
And darned... That was just the patches. I need the base V5.3 as well...
(Speaking of which, I bet there are other updates and patches I should
probably also install. How do one check which patches one have
installed, and how do I find out which ones I should install?)

Doh! I was just pointed to
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.os.vms/xNVuDTj2X-E, which
tells me that this is a known problem in V5.1 of TCPIP, which are
fixed in V5.3. Anyone knows where I could find V5.3?
