Could be argued if that is a safe distance wrt ICBMs. :-)
However, it's definitely good enough safe distance from unwanted callers.

Basically, for almost all data, I've just taken the lat/long of the
city, with about 6 digits of precision.
Not sure if we really want to have that much more precision on it...
