Cool machine, 24 GB of RAM too, that's pretty chunky. RHESUS has about 8 GB I think.
No PSUs - are those hard to come by?

Incidentally, if anyone comes across front, top and side covers and the steel pedestal stand for a zx6000 I need them.
ZX6000 were primarily Windows server workstations - they didn't ever really fit a defined niche as far as I can tell.
I bought mine about 4 years ago for GBP 500 which was as much as I was prepared to pay at the time. They are going now for around GBP 100 depending on the configuration. Mine was maxed out with memory and came with drives, so I guess that's worth something.
Luckily they still run OpenVMS, otherwise your options are very limited - various linux flavours sort of work, but I believe gentoo is the only one still currently being maintained.
I know the hardware is not the greatest, but it's a shame it hasn't been better supported, given that it is a true 64 bit architecture.
But then, what do I know... I just love anything that is different or esoteric - which firmly makes me *not* the man in the street.
Mark.
I've seen them come and go on ebay recently, maybe a little over 100 actually, but around that ball park.
One on at the moment for 149.99 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-ZX6000-Workstation-A9664A-Dual-Itanium-2-CPUs-…

There wouldn't happen to be any video cables for a VAXstation 4000/90 in
there?

Hello!
Or how about anything concerning a DEC Terminal Server Model 90L+?
Plus those MMJ cables they use.
I have a couple of 90L+ terminal servers kicking around somewhere...

Whilst I'm thinking about it, does anyone have any Alphaserver 1000A memory kicking around. I started getting a bit parity error a couple of days ago (which the box helpfully pinpointed to an individual SIMM) but had to pull all four SIMMs in the bank.
The part number I'm looking for is: 50-21276-01-02, it's a 8MB x 36 SIMM 60ns EDO FPM, also listed as being for an AlphaServer 200 4/233.
Alternatively, a set of four SIMMs in either of the following formats would be great:
54-21225-BA 1 x 4MB SIMM
54-21246-BA 1 x 8MB SIMM
54-23170-BA 1 x 16MB SIMM
54-21277-BA 1 x 32MB SIMM
54-24123-AA 1 x 64 MB SIMM
