Morning all,
Are the scripts not running? I updated DNS to reflect my IP change several days ago, didn't receive an email, and can't reach the rest of HECnet.

The problem with copying is that atm, the machine is an island unto itself a=

If I get that far, do you guys have a copy of 6.2 and RDB etc that I can ins=

nes of code in the current version. I've got a RX3200 for that. I even thoug=

Look through the system startup for a MOUNT command that would attempt to
mount DKA200 with label ESP_DATA.
$ SEARCH SYS$STARTUP:*.COM ESP_DATA
When you find that, edit the procedure and comment out the MOUNT.

Thanks Brian,
Any safe way to have it stop moaning about the missing disk? Been reading th=

Copy SYS$COMMON:[SYSEXE]LMF$LICENSE.LDB and you'll have all your current
licenses.
I glanced over your other post. What error are you getting about a missing
disk?

I've been going round in circles trying to get UCX up and running. I have th=

It's VMS 6.2. It has been configured at some point as it had some old gatewa=
y and BIND entries.
I run the config tool, and when I select 4 (interface) it says=20
"Warning - No Ethernet device found on system, ESP1"
and then aborts. When I show dev on console it shows a device EZA0: which a M=
AC address.
I've spent hours on this and are feeling discouraged!
HELP DEFINE COMMUNICATION_CONTROLLER ;)
I saw your follow-on. Ignore this. The EZ interface should be listed in
there by default. BTW, using LIST COMMUNICATION_CONTROLLER will show all
of the default configurable controller types.

Ok, I solved one problem. It was doing a minimal boot. However, when I do a normal boot it gets stuck waiting to mount dka200. I have a dka200 drive, but it's obviously not the one it was originally configured with.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to reset the configuration? I don't have any install disks so my goal is to get a copy of the licence files and keep the installed programming languages. It would be nice to take a backup for prosperity, but not essential.
