Thanks for getting these RT-11 layered products online!!
I had tried another file you had for RSX
https://pdp-11.online/~form/files/pdp-11/rsx/basic-11/bas11v201.dsk
and it did not work for me. I tried not only mounting it files-11 under VCP but also used
FLX to see if it was
RT-11 or DOS-11 format. When you get a chance, would you take a look at it?

it worked perfectly. I could VCP and Mount the Files-11 volume and everything looks good.

This has been something I have been trying to find for years. That is the DEC Basic-11
interpreter for RSX. Also, the patches that you made to make it Y2K compatible is a
bonus.
The BasicPlus2 compiler is very full featured but to run a Basic program it has to compile
it
internally first. Having the same Basic-11 as RT-11 is really nice to have.
A second discovery for me was when I went out to the hobby barn to find my Basic-11
manual, I found at the back of it the IAS/RSX BASIC User’s Guide which provides
information
specific to RSX/IAS features for Basic-11. I don’t think this is available online at
bitsavers
or elsewhere so in the next few days I’ll scan it and send it to Al K.
For any one looking at this distribution and wanting to use it. Use VCP to mount it as
a virtual disk.

Thanks for this additional info on BASIC-11 for RT-11 from your distribution!
What I really like is that is that you also patched it for Y2K.
I need to get this version over to my PDP-11/05 that runs RT-11 from a Qbone.
It can run the last RT-11 SJ monitor just fine but the BASIC-11 I had was the original.
For that matter I also should upgrade the Fortran IV that I use there to the V2.8
that you also made available.

I haven't seen the RSX version, but I know RT-11 BASIC. It's worth noting that
it's a very different language than BASIC-PLUS or BP2. It's much closer to
"plain old BASIC.
The implementation is also very different from BASIC-PLUS let alone BP2. BASIC-PLUS
compiles to byte code ("push-pop code") so it's fairly fast yet simple to
implement. BP2 is of course a full compiler with all that implies. BASIC-11 converts the
source code to tokens but does no other processing on it (so the "LIST" command
is done by converting that token sequence back into source text). So it's a classic
interpreter, doing a full parse at runtime.
There are other obvious differences, like a max line number of 65532 rather than 32767.
