Something looks amiss with their web server. I can get to the FTP server, though. What did surprise me was that when I did a traceroute to www.process.com, it took me to Israel. I wonder whether that's correct or not. The FTP server traceroutes more logically seemingly to Massachusetts somewhere. --Marc
