(Not sure who was complaining of a dynamic IP being blocked because I'm mobile and
trying to follow the thread on a portable device is impossible)
Have you checked
spamhaus.org to see if your home IP is listed in their database as
dynamic? It's quite easy to get this removed from their database, and quite a w mail
servers use their list. I had my business-grade DSL IP listed with them and it was quite
easy to have it removed.
