I've just uploaded all I have here:

I can't guarantee all the images work, but the images in the v4.4
directory were ripped from original CDROMs by me - so if there is an
issue with these they can probably be corrected.

Hi Mark W, Steve,
I would love to get Ultrix 4.5 running on a MicroVAX here, if it's supported
on any of my qbus CPUs. Hopefully my 3500 - KA650-AA
Does anyone on the list know how to create install bootable tapes from
the tape images on Mark's site with dd, or does anyone have v4.5 ISOs?
I've got a SCSI CDROM and a DLT8000 drive working with the system here.

I thought those were cdrom images, not tapes. They're not iso9660 but
they're still cdrom images.
Or maybe I'm wrong. I haven't had a chance to play with them.

They will write fine with any linux software such as brasero, or use
cdburnerxp for windows
