If it is like a 3300 (and I think it is) there are TWO switches to set up properly to get an autoboot. I'll check my 3300's when I get home this evening and I'll post the positions I have got. Also, take into consideration the uVAX won't boot if the NVRAM battery is dead... (It will try to netboot IIRC).
