Hi,
Just noticed:
ncp tell a1rtr show known circ stat
The above shows a circuit ETH-10 adjacent to node 5.1023.
It looks like none of the area routers I've looked at actually see the area, ie:
a29rt2, a1rtr, python.
Needless to say that 5.* is unreachable from my point of view.

My guess would be that 5.1023 isn't an area router then. Since it's over
"ethernet", there is a weird kind of adjacency that can happen even
without an area router.

Area 5 is mine and my area router 5.1023 is not currently operating because
I am trying to find some issues with my user mode router code.
