I d love the PSU (or at least some of the boards from the PSU) from the 11/24. Not that I would really advocate parting it out, but if you can t find a home for it I have a faulty PSU in my 11/24 and I have yet to successfully run my machine. If you were to part it out I suppose the other boards would be good too What VAXen do you have?
