Have you ever run an Alpha with only 128MB of RAM? That is the absolute bare minimum I'd run 7.2 in, and it wasn't fun. I really wish they'd allow between 192MB and 256MB, as at that point it starts being usable. Of course I'd also like a Linux version. :-) They have a Linux version called CHARON-AXP/ES40 for Linux NCE. You can find it at http://www.stromasys.ch/axpnce/ . I've set it up here and it does work. The only downside is that the non-commercial (free) version shuts off after 30 days requiring a restart. Plus, it's time-bombed to stop working after December 31, 2010 (although a newer version should subsequently be available if past history continues). --Marc
