Yes, and I can communicate with other VMs on the same physical machine without issue. I brought up a simulated alpha on the host and it can contact the simulated VAX fine, along with the rest of HECnet. i'm connected to the rest of HECnet through multinet's decnet-over-IP tunnel to Fred's systems.
