You're missing the MAIL$PROTOCOL_SMTP logical that would point to their "MAILSHR" image. Perhaps running @MULTINET:START_SMTP might be sufficient, but I don't know where that logical gets set. It's possible that running the START_MULTINET.COM procedure might be necessary. --Marc
