Use the default "Hello timer" and do not worry about it. The cost is up to you but I would make the cost to GORVAX less than the cost to SG1. There is no sense going to the US just to get to the bridge backbone when the UK link will be MUCH faster! Why are you using two different IP addresses? I think that the hello timers can be anything. It just affects how often you send hello messages, and indirectly then affects how long it takes for you to notice if your link goes down.
