No its not like the Lpars that the zSeries supports, in that case there is support stuff to properly enable the logical partitioning of the system. Both hardware and software. However they are being strongly discouraged. The SEs are trying to convince people to go the guest approach instead. However Kari Uusim ki is quite correct that the Galaxy configuration is not part of the hobbyist load. It is something that would need to be purchased along with a professional license for VMS.
