Well, the Multinet thing has the advantage that it can accommodate a "*.decnet.org" translation that doesn't require any changes as nodes are added to or removed from HECnet. That's also a reasonable and valid way to approach it. I just prefer to avoid wildcard dns entries and things like that where possible. Regards, Peter Coghlan.
