As far as I remember, you have to relink the monitor.
Thanks. I looked at pretty much all non-EXE files in [1,2] and [1,4] but
could not find where it is picking up 24.172 from. Also it appears
24.172 is picked up at a very early stage even before the dpni20 driver
is loaded. Here is what I am doing/seeing. As you will see, the dpni20
driver still wants to use the ac:60 mac (for 24.172) which it ignores -
either because of the CHANGE prior to that, or maybe because I force the
actual mac to 25:7C (for 31.37) before launching KLH-10. To me it looks
like 24.172 is "burnt into" either the 704dcn image or whatever
"microcode" is being loaded into NIA20.
So yes please walk me through getting a 704dcn image with 31.37 burnt
into it.

Same if you want the
emulator to idle when TOPS-10 is doing nothing. If/When you feel confident I
could provide some more help :)
Yes please. It hogs 100% of Xeon core. I did add a "devdef idler 700
host" to the .ini - it does not help, so again I need a smarter 704dcn.
3) What is the
proper way to shut a KLH-10 PDP-10 running TOPS-10 system
down?
.R OPR
OPR> SET KSYS NOW
Wait for '-- KSYS processing completed --' then give the 'shut' command
at
the 'KLH10>>' emulator prompt (which will return you to the
'BOOT>' prompt)
and finally 'halt' and 'quit' the emulator.
G. :)
Thank you.
