Not necessarily. I'd suggest a "SET EXEC STATE OFF" followed by a
"SET EXEC STATE ON" also reload the config as a side effect. Seems like a
reasonable time to do such a thing.
And how do you issue a SET EXEC STATE ON after the OFF, via NICE?
In general, after the OFF, it wouldn't be able to receive anything more.
Of course, PyDECnet can behave in other ways for such commands than
other systems...
