No. You can download as much as you want. I do know/remember that (I
think it was) Microsoft Edge have a bad behavior in that if you give an
URL, Edge open it twice, and then close one again after doing the
request. Which do look like abuse, and can trigger the spoofer.
Microsoft did that with IE too, early on. That's how IE got to be
"so widely used", inflating the stats by a factor of 2. Nice to see
that they're still playing the same games.
