Yeah, I didn't have the best ping times to where Mim now is either, but
it's better like this than at Stupi. :-(

First of all it moved to Mim.SoftJAR.SE, as you might have guessed. But
in discussions with Paul we also agreed on renaming it, since it's not
actually a file with python code in the first place. So the URL is now
http://mim.softjar.se/hecnet.dat
