Lucky you! I get a ping time of more like 85ms from my AWS instance for A2RTR. But
the link from A2RTR to 1.1022 works! Two questions -
#1 where (what city) is PYHEC 1.1022 located? It doesn't matter really, but I
just like to keep track of the geography of the links.

http://mim.stupi.net/hecnet.py but of course that doesn't work now. What's the
new URL?
First of all it moved to Mim.SoftJAR.SE, as you might have guessed. But
in discussions with Paul we also agreed on renaming it, since it's not
actually a file with python code in the first place. So the URL is now
http://mim.softjar.se/hecnet.dat
