[HECnet] Anybody using HP CIFS (aka Samba for VMS) ?

I'm using V1.1. Apparently the earlier versions had problems with non-UCX (i.e. Multinet or TCPWARE) networking. http://groups.google.com/group/comp.os.vms/browse_thread/thread/5b83ec9e53c2 ed1e?hl=en is a summary of the problem I'm having.
