Well there's tons of great stuff on the
trailing-edge.com
<http://trailing-edge.com> site and on Johnny's site, but getting them
into a real machine is a bit circuitous.
Not at all. You log into MIM, use FTP to get the stuff down, and then
you transfer it over HECnet.
Other options include installing TCP/IP on your own RSX machine, or just
ask.
I have load of stuff, and much of it is already on some RSX system. I
just have not told people, or made it publicly available, but that can
be fixed in short order...

There's one other option that I can see, which I will try in
the
morning. I can get the file (from an FTP site) straight into
another VMS machine which
has an IP stack, then copy it to the RSX system
via DECnet.
I'm just trying to get some languages and such on the RSX
system.
It's on HECnet, so it'd probably be easier to just get
stuff via that...are there any
RSX software archives sitting on HECnet now?
If you find one, let me know - I need some software for my
11/23+...and LP
docs seem rather...spartan so I could use a few transcripts. ;)
