Just a reminder for PyDECnet users: it allows you to specify --latency
instead of --cost on a circuit, which applies Johnnys algorithm. It's a
shortcut so you don't have to go find the table.
Thanks for the reminder. My biggest issue is that I sometimes can't
ping, so I can't tell what the latency is. :-(
