[HECnet] Configuring MULTINET (not the UDP tunnel, the TCP/IP stack) on satellite nodes...

I've currently got MULTINET running on my boot node
on HILANT:: but would like a few of the other nodes to
run it too.

    Just run Multinet's CONFIGURE.COM on other cluster
members.
