Butting in with some random questions / suggestions:
1) Are all of the terminal servers (working and non-working) running the
    same firmware version?
2) Does Lantronix provide a way to back up and restore the server 
config-
    uration? It might be informative to do a factory reset on the server
    that isn't working (and whatever other basic steps might be needed to
    get it on the LAN and see the advertised service).
