My bad.
I had it configured as L1 router. Changing config to "decnet node-type
area" made it come to life.
pinging 61.2 works ok
pinging 61.3 gives Host unreachable
pinging 1.13 aka MIM times out
I will probably get back with more questions later on.
I have just node 33.200 and 33.201 up and running for the moment.
