[HECnet] ANF10 network --> Anf10 KL<>KS + DN200

L.S. Anf10 ethernet and sync lines are 2 separate domains and currently there are no standard interconnections. The (now late) Johnny Ericsson had an Anf10 tunnel but I never tried it.
