My RSX/VF image is not for use in RSX.
It can be used to create real tape for RSTS using RSX-11M-PLUS VCP utility.
To connect to RSTS from RSX you need RRS utility.
In M+ V4.6 you can build it using [200,200]UNSGEN.CMD after installing DECnet:

Ah okay, I understand now. Do you happen to have a DECnet installation tape for RSX-11
though? The ones I found on the trailing-edge ftp site are corrupted.
