We have excellent connectivity here, but it's not sitting idle. ;)
It will vary a lot with time of day, week, etc due to on-premise usage
patterns.
And the friggin' constant SYN flood attacks don't help. This is what
happens when we can't spank our children.

Lucky you! I get a ping time of more like 85ms from my AWS instance
for A2RTR. But the link from A2RTR to 1.1022 works!
