Good day,
Similar issue here. I was able to call up the MIM home page, although it took 20 to 30
seconds to appear.
Then I clicked on the first link for HECnet information http://mim.softjar.se/hecnet.htm.
There was no response and the following eventually appeared in my browser (Firefox):
The connection has timed out
The server at mim.softjar.se is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that
Firefox is permitted to access the web.
I tried to return to the home page http://mim.softjar.se/ and received the same timeout
error as above after a minute or so. The site is no longer accessible.
My cable modem IPV4 address is 172.88.56.241 and IPV6
2605:e000:2fc0:1e:550d:d9f7:1f77:955b/128

I don't think that's the problem. More likely you get blocked
for some reason. The spoof daemon trigger on lots of things.
If you tell me your IP address, I can tell if that is what
happened.
Next thing would be to figure out why. :-)
