[HECnet] SIMH VAX memory weirdness

There is an xdm directory: sys$specific:[tcpip$xdm] It ought to have a couple of .TXT files in it. These are installed with the filetype .TEMPLATE. Rename them to .TXT. Either access.txt or server.txt must be modified to allow xdm servers to connect.
