My fsio utility in the simtools repository (<https://github.com/simh/simtools>)
knows how to read/write RX01/02 and RL01/2 RT11 disk images. I?ve only tested it on Linux,
FreeBSD and MacOS. It should be pretty easy to add TU58 support if you have a suitable
example image.

I know about PUTR, but it doesn?t appear that it can run under any recent (e.g. 64 bit)
version of Windows..
And EXCHANGE on VMS works fine, but getting the image files on VMS in the first place is
a hassle.
