another interesting option would be for pyDECnet to
implement DDCMP, and let some random RPi or virtual machine bridge the
KS' DECnet to the rest of the world.
You'd need a synchronous interface for your RPi. At one time there were sync
serial cards for ISA and PCI bus, but I'm not sure anybody's making them anymore.
Maybe somebody made a USB one?
