I can't remember now, but I think newer versions included it as part of the
VMS kit, older ones may not, but I am not sure. Yes, you run
netconfig.com
to set it up, but you will need a PAK to license it, you can get PAKs from
the hobbyist programme.

decnet plus and load one of them to use these commands? They weren't there
earlier today but I don't have networking installed with VMS.
