ZITI is indeed a Linux machine, Ubuntu 16.04 (support for DECnet on later distros begins
to become a bit problematic). You could just connect to it and see what it returns. It
won't let you log in (hopefully it won't let you log in!) but you shouldn't
need that to find your answer.
