ANKE:: (hecnet-1-1023) is not going away. If people have working
connections there, it will continue to work. No changes required. I'm
just going to setup another PyDECnet router so that people who currently
can't connect to ANKE:: do get an alternative to "me".

Hmm.. I don't have a connection to MIM, but I do have a connection to 1.1023
(ANKE) and that's working fine. And I can talk to MIM now via HEcnet.
