In talking with Paul, we agreed to rename it. Sorry, that should
probably have been announced better.
The name of the file is now HECNET.DAT already at MIM::
(It wasn't really a python file to start with, so calling it HECNET.PY
was sortof misleading.)

ran my usual update script

I've been receiving an error:
