The M7380 module hasa AY5-1013 (UART) on it, but no connector for a cable...
The MDC-II is only partly populated with what I think is sockets for E-proms,
and If I where to guess you could populate it to be a serial interface and maybe
some kind of interrupt timer? The board has no external connector but has
room for one.
