[HECnet] How do I get a DS10's onboard NIC into 100 mbps mode?

Yes, I can confirm this - I recently install a DA500 network card in an AlphaServer 300 and I had to explicitly set fastfd mode on the network card device at the SRM console to get it to work at full speed once booted into VMS.
