Is Update classed as a charity? The reason I ask is
that the company who employ me have a philanthropy arm that enables me to direct a share

I push various sums to computer museums a few times a year.
If you're so inclined, I'd like to get LSSM on that list.
Contrary to an opinion that seems to be circulating around the net
that it's in my garage or something, LSSM is a real brick-and-mortar
public 501(c)(3) nonprofit museum, in a non-shared commercial storefront
building in a downtown shopping district in the Pittsburgh metro area.
We have about 8,000 square feet of exhibits on two floors, most of which
are functional, and are working to add another 3,000 square feet.
We are desperate for assistance of all kinds, especially hands-on
volunteer work, and cash.
Today's focus is on Update, but I wanted to put this out there, while
people are in the supporting mood.
